1. Membership Card Purchases
At Golden Business Opportunity (GBO), we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, because our service involves the immediate activation of membership benefits and generation of unique card IDs, our refund policy is as follows:
2. Eligibility for Refund
- Unactivated Cards: You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase IF the membership has not been activated and the card has not been used or downloaded.
- Physical Damage: If you ordered a physical card and it arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Any membership card that has been used to obtain a discount at a partner outlet is strictly non-refundable.
- Delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Special promotional memberships sold at a discount are non-refundable.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please email info@goldenbusinessopportunity.com with your Order Number and the reason for the request. Once approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
5. Membership Cancellation
You can cancel your membership at any time; however, no partial refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the annual membership.
